8. Contractual relations

Services are provided under an agreement concluded after consultation. Payment: 50% after signing the agreement, 50% after project delivery. Refunds are possible before development begins. The demo AI agent on the site is a free tool and is not a commercial service.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify about significant changes on the website. Continued use of the site means agreement with the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Kyiv.
